THE PROCESS
KITCHEN AND BATHROOM DESIGN
Every kitchen and bath project starts with discovery: we align on your goals, timeline, investment range, and style, what you love, what you don’t, and what’s non-negotiable. We follow with a site survey to measure, photograph, and note real-world constraints like plumbing routes, ventilation, subfloors, and ceiling heights. From there, we set a clear scope and calendar so you know exactly what we’ll deliver and how we’ll communicate. Next, we develop two to three layout options for each room, optimizing work zones, appliance placement, and duct paths in the kitchen, and the relationship between shower or tub, vanity, storage, and privacy in the bath. Then align the budget across cabinetry, stone and tile, plumbing, lighting, and glass, offering smart value-engineering that preserves design intent. Selections become tangible through showroom visits, curated sample boards, and photorealistic 3D renderings, refined through two structured revision rounds. Once approved, we translate the design into build-ready drawings and schedules, coordinate a trade walkthrough, and gather material quotes. If desired, we manage procurement, tracking lead times, and coordinating deliveries while supporting construction with timely clarifications and key site check-ins at rough-in, tile dry-layout, countertop template, and punch, ensuring the finished spaces perform beautifully and look exactly as envisioned
FULL HOUSE REMODEL
A full-home remodel begins with discovery: we align on your goals, timeline, investment range, lifestyle needs, and aesthetic direction, what stays, what goes, and what’s non-negotiable. We then survey the home, take detailed measurements and photos, and produce accurate as-built plans to ground every decision. With that in place, we establish scope, agreements, and a clear roadmap of milestones and communication. Next, we develop a master plan and phasing strategy so the house flows as one cohesive vision; if you’ll live through construction, we map livability, temporary kitchen or bath, and site logistics.
Concept design follows, with mood boards and material direction for each key area. We present two to three space-planning options per priority zone, optimizing kitchen work zones and ventilation paths; shaping bath layouts for comfort, storage, and privacy; and refining circulation and built-ins in living and bedroom spaces. We calibrate the budget across major categories and offer value-engineering ideas to preserve the look without overspending. Then we guide selections room by room, surfaces, cabinetry and hardware, plumbing, appliances, lighting, windows, and glass supported by curated sample boards and showroom visits.
To visualize the design, we produce photoreal 3D renderings and complete two focused revision rounds. We translate the approved design into job-site-ready drawings and schedules, and coordinate engineering and permitting as needed. With contractors and vendors, we run a trade walkthrough, standardize scope, and compare competitive quotes. If desired, we manage procurement, tracking lead times and deliveries. During construction, we provide design clarifications and targeted site check-ins through rough-in, tile dry-layout, countertop template, and final punch. Optional furnishings, window treatments, and styling round out the transformation, and we close with care instructions, and final documentation.
